QLane bills per organization. Manage everything from Settings → Billing.

Plans

Each plan defines:
  • Monthly credits — your budget of test work.
  • Concurrency — how many sessions can run at the same time.
  • Retention — how long session events, screenshots, and reports are kept.
  • Team features — SSO, audit logs, dedicated capacity.
See the pricing page for the current plans and limits.

Credits

A credit is the unit of test work. The exact cost of a session depends on:
  • Mode. URL and preview-based sessions are cheaper than sandbox sessions because there’s no build. Compose sessions cost more than single-repo sessions because the stack is bigger.
  • Duration. Sessions consume credits proportional to wall-clock time.
  • Browser minutes the agent uses.
Usage updates in near real-time on the Usage page, with a breakdown by project and a forecast for the rest of the cycle. When you exceed your monthly credits, additional sessions are billed at the per-credit overage rate. On plans without overage, new sessions are gated until the next cycle.

Customer portal

Open the Customer portal from the billing page to:
  • Update card details
  • Download invoices
  • See upcoming charges
  • Add a billing email

Upgrading and downgrading

From Settings → Billing → Change plan:
  • Upgrade — new entitlements take effect immediately. You’re charged the prorated difference.
  • Downgrade — new entitlements take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Annual billing is available on Pro and Enterprise at a discount.

Cancelling

Cancel from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Your plan continues until the end of the current cycle, after which the organization drops to the starter plan. Past sessions and bug reports remain accessible subject to the starter plan’s retention.
